We have a questionnaire which is issued each year and provides a standardised way of collecting information about your experiences on your course. The results enable comparisons to be made over time and between courses. The questionnaire also provides space for you to reflect on what you see as the good and the bad aspects of your course. We really do value your views so please take a few minutes to complete it.
Each year every course within the School has to prepare an Annual Evaluation Report. Comments raised at Student Panels, Course Committees and from the Student Course and Module Evaluation questionnaires are included within this report. The Course Leader has to present the report to the Committee which comprises the Dean, the Heads of Departments, representatives of the academic staff within the School and a member of academic staff from another School who is a member of the University Teaching and Learning Committee.
Module Evaluation surveys are issued by Module Leaders at appropriate times throughout the year, usually towards the end of the module. The Course Evaluation Survey is usually issued at the end of the second term. Both are online and you will be sent an email when they are available for completion, please just click on the link to complete the questionnaire - it doesn’t take long to complete.
